Conditions for making a reservation
You can make a reservation for 7th Sense Boutique Guest House in one of the following ways:

After receiving your inquiry we will contact you to confirm the availability for an accommodation.
You will receive a reply on your email or your phone. In it you will see the type and number of reserved rooms, the date of check-in and the date of check-out, the number of adults and children and the total amount due.
Check-in conditions
Times for check-in and check-out:
- Check-in: everyday after 14 o'clock;
- Check-out: every day before 12 o’clock;
- We offer a free early check-in and late check-out, which is confirmed on the day of the arrival or leaving.

Rights and obligations for both sides
- 7th Sense Boutique Guest House has an obligation to provide to the guest all confirmed and paid services.
- All prices, provided in the website, as well as through email, send to the guest are in Bulgarian levas include VAT and taxes.
- The guest accepts to behave appropriately and obey the norms of good behaviour during their stay in the guest house. All damages done by the guest will be covered by the guest.
- 7th Sense Boutique Guest House does not allow smoking on its premises. Therefore in case of disobedience with this prohibition, the guest house reserves the right to implement a fee in the amount of 200 BGN.
- All guests must be at least 18 years old. Children under 18 must have a companion with them, in order to stay as a guest in the house. The guest must not leave their children unattended on the grounds of 7th Sense Guest House.
- 7th Sense Boutique Guest House reserves the right to change the information on this page at any time.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- When a reservation is confirmed, it is considered that the guest has read and agreed to the latter conditions.
